Today after breakfast hour proceed for a memorable drive to Mawlynnong, around 3 hours journey cover around 90kms. Mawlynnong -best described as a veritable tropical paradise and a nature lover’s dream destination. Houses, each with a garden of flowers of exotic variety orchids, birds-of-paradise, lilies, etc. all blooming profusely in every imaginable nook and cranny. Little stone paths thread between the houses and the entire village is impeccably clean. Spires of two churches grace the skies, and the people are a friendly and cheerful lot who endear themselves to the visitor immediately. Living root Bridge, which is also one of the most attraction, why tourist visit here. The back porch extends by a hanging bridge and leads out to two sit-outs over the jungle. The cacophonic symphony of the river rushing past, crickets, birds, and other sounds of the jungle here are a sheer delight for the senses. Now proceed at Dawaki River & Tamabil Border. Dawki-Tamabil is one of the few road border crossings between India and Bangladesh. It is used mainly for coal transportation to Bangladesh. Some 500 trucks cross the border every day in peak season. Today after breakfast drive to Cherrapunji 56 km which experiences the heaviest rainfall in the world. Cherrapunjee, locally and officially known as Sohra, and a "must see" destination for all tourists. it was the headquarters of the Khasi/Jaintia province during British rule which was however shifted to Shillong in 1864, due to the inconvenience caused by excessive rain during the monsoon months. The average rainfall is 12,000 mm a year and the record for a single day was 2455 mm recorded in 1974 confirming it as the "Wettest place on Earth". Cherrapunjee is impressive with its gushing waterfalls and the deep gorges. You will get stunning views of the plains of Bangladesh. Close to town are the glorious Nohsngithiang Falls( Mawsmai Falls), Dainthlen Falls, Nohkailikai Falls ( World’s forth hishest) and many small waterfalls. Also visit Mawsmai Cave-6 km from the Cherrapunji market to the south lies the village of Mawsmai in the direction of Bangladesh border. Back to Shillong. Overnight stay.

Today after early breakfast/ with packet breakfast check out from hotel and proceed for Kaziranga National Park, the home of the "One Horned Rhinoceros" (260 kms, 5 hrs), Check in at your hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Kaziranga

Early morning proceed for Jungle safari (Jeep safari and Elephant safari - optional). After the enjoy full Jungle safari back to Hotel. After breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to Guwahati. Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Guwahati.
